This will be our second Great Walk in two days, once again with a short detour to take in a summit. At 61 kms this is the longest day of the Challenge in distance terms. Never easy but compared to a lot of the terrain that we'll be doing battle with, this will feel relatively tame. Beautiful beech forest, magnificent open tops and beautiful views, this day has it all!
Important Notes
Support runners need to be self-sufficient in regards to transport to the start and back from the finish. Easy given the proxmity of the track to Te Anau.
